     At Wavetop Technology we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and utilize the best techniques and products available. If you are not satisfied with the results of our work, I will personally review the situation with you on-site at no cost. If either of us is not satisfied with the results after talking it over, it will either be corrected to your satisfaction or I will refund the cost, your choice.

     If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of doing business with Wavetop Technology, I need to understand why so I can address the problem. Complete customer satisfaction is critical for the success of this business.

     If you are dissatisfied with an equipment installation and it doesn't meet manufacturer's specifications, we will make it right or refund the cost of installing the equipment. If we sell and install equipment, it will perform to its manufacturer's specifications. If some unavoidable characteristic of your vessel limits the full performance of the equipment, we will install it only if you agree to accept the reduced performance.

Work Standards

     We will not take a job unless we can do it right. I am proud of my craftsmanship and will not knowingly do inferior or unsafe work. We follow US Coast Guard regulations, ABYC and NMEA standards, meeting or exceeding them. If we identify exsisting conditions that do not meet these standards, we will propose upgrades where they present serious safety issues. We sell and install only top quality equipment. I will also teach you how to use the equipment I install.
